These little festive bites are a doddle to make, making them perfect for those last minute guest drop ins! A happy fusion of sweet and savoury, encased in fluffy, golden puff pastry, they are a perfect pairing with our creamy Toasted Garlic Mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS: (Makes 12)
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 200g jar of cranberry sauce
- Half a camembert, cut into 12 pieces
- Sprinkling of sesame seeds
- 1 egg - whisked
- Toasted Garlic Mayonnaise
METHOD:
- Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pastry sheet, then use a knife to divide into 12 even sized square pieces.
- Grease a 12-hole muffin tray and press the pastry pieces into each hole
- Add a dollop of cranberry sauce to each parcel, followed by a piece of camembert. Sprinkle over sesame seeds, then fold the over the tops of the pastry to form rustic parcels.
- Egg wash the tops, then place in the oven for 20-22 minutes until golden brown
- Serve with Toasted Garlic Mayonnaise.
