Tilapia with lemon and garlic

Serves 4 Prep time 25 - 30 mins

 

Perhaps our most simple garlic recipe but deliciously Caribbean none the less.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • Fresh Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
 

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Place fillets on a baking tray.
  2. Drizzle over the butter. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  3. Bake 20-30 minutes.
