Warm potato salad with Wild Island Salad Dressing
Ingredients

New potatoes, scrubbed

Wild Island Salad Dressing

Shallots, finely chopped

Free range eggs
-
Black olives
-
Handful fresh chives, roughly chopped
Method

Gently boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

Boil the eggs, peel and cut in half when cool.

Drain and dress with Wild Island Salad Dressing.

Add the eggs, shallots, chives and black olives then toss.
