Our Black Garlic Ketchup went on a long journey of development and fine tuning to find the perfect flavour balance. Finding the appropriate level of sweetness among the balsamic and tamarind undertones of the Black Garlic Ketchup was a balance of science and art. The result is a gorgeously rich finger-licking sauce with wonderful versatility. Our Black Garlic concoction could be described as the lovechild between a classic ketchup and brown sauce with a distinctive black garlic edge.
